MAKHACHKALA, October 7 – RIA "Dagestan". The Government of the Republic of Dagestan has issued a decree establishing the regional "Patriot" Fund for the Support of Public Initiatives, with the corresponding regulatory document now available on the official government portal. Created under the directive of Prime Minister Magomed Ramazanov, the fund is tasked with creating a unified mechanism to attract non-budgetary financing for socially significant projects.
The organization will provide comprehensive financial, organizational and informational backing across a wide array of sectors. Its core operational mandates include implementing social programs in education, healthcare and culture; advancing urban infrastructure and landscaping initiatives; and executing targeted social support programs for vulnerable demographics, families with children, students and veterans.
Additionally, the fund will focus on civic and character education for the youth and the facilitation of charitable donations. The Administration of the Head and Government of Dagestan will exercise the powers of the fund's founder on behalf of the republic.
