MAKHACHKALA, August 3 – RIA "Dagestan". Dagestan ranked eighth among Russian regions for road quality in a national rating compiled by RIA Novosti. According to the data, 75% of roads in the republic meet regulatory standards. Moscow leads the ranking with 100% compliance, followed by Chelyabinsk Region with 84.6% and Ingushetia with 84.2%, while Arkhangelsk Region recorded the lowest share of compliant roads with 17.2%.
