MAKHACHKALA, March 18 – RIA Dagestan. According to data from the Unified Developers’ Resource, 189 construction companies across the Russian Federation announced new projects in February 2026. Of these, 29 companies reportedly had no prior record of undertaking construction projects and submitted proposals for the first time. Collectively, these entities plan to develop approximately 372,000 square meters of housing.
Two developers from Dagestan were among the first-time applicants: "MZ Modern Park" with projects totaling 35,300 square meters and "Khimstroy" with projects totaling 33,000 square meters. Apart from Dagestan, new project applicants included developers from Stavropol Krai, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and other regions.
