Makhachkala Receives RUB 25 Billion Limit for Integrated Territory Development Project

MAKHACHKALA, March 6 – RIA "Dagestan". Bank DOM.RF will provide RUB 28 billion rubles in financing for two integrated territory development (ITD) projects in the North Caucasian Federal District—in Makhachkala (Dagestan) and Vladikavkaz (North Ossetia), the Vice President and Director Alexander Choban says.

The combined urban development potential of both projects exceeds 350,000 square meters. For the project in Makhachkala, which accounts for 300,000 square meters of development capacity, the bank has allocated a credit limit of RUB 25 billion. The financing agreement for Dagestan ITD project was first signed in 2025. The remaining funds will be directed toward territory development in Vladikavkaz.
