Infrastructure for coastal resort in Dagestan estimated at RUB 14 billion

The Caspian Coastal Cluster project, a significant development initiative, is anticipated to commence operations by 2027.

Establishing and maintaining the requisite infrastructure for the special economic zone (SEZ) will necessitate an estimated investment of approximately RUB 14 billion. This funds, as per Andrey Yumshanov, General Director of Kavkaz RF, encompasses landscaping, utility networks, electrical infrastructure, water supply systems and road construction. The objective is to have a fully operational resort by 2027, coinciding with the completion of all infrastructural elements.

Furthermore, projections indicate that by 2030, the Caspian Cluster will accommodate approximately 7,200 hotel rooms. Currently, sixteen entities are registered as residents within the SEZ, and total investments are projected to reach RUB 60 billion.
