Local residents increasingly hired specialists for foundations, utilities, finishing, and landscaping, while contractor supply expanded as well. The installation of patios, perimeter aprons, and garden paths led the demand growth, surging 2.9 times. Demand for water supply system installation followed closely, growing 2.8 times, reflecting a seasonal uptick in engineering work on private homes. Supply in the half-timbered house construction segment also rose sharply, by 2.7 times.
