The withdrawal brings the republic’s total retail deposit volume down to RUB 172.5 billion. Meanwhile, neighboring Stavropol Krai continues to dominate the regional leaderboard, with residents holding a massive RUB 614.5 billion in savings.
The local dip in Dagestan stands in stark contrast to the broader national picture, where total household deposits across Russia managed a slight 0.2% growth last month, suggesting localized shifts in consumer financial behavior.
