MAKHACHKALA, June 10 – RIA Dagestan. The "Oryol" small hydropower plant—the first small-scale hydro project in Dagestan carried out under the state renewable energy support program—is taking shape in the Rutulsky district. Designed to deliver 5.05 MW, the facility will supply power to a full district. The K-2 turbine from Turbogreen is now in production. The plant is set to be commissioned in 2027.
