For the same reason, Taisumov missed two previous UFC events. The Russian man's fight with the American Evan Dunham was jammed on April 7 in New York.

As to the athlete, the UFC lawyers are trying to help him solve the problem. At the same time, Taisumov's team stresses that this is a delay in obtaining a visa but not a refusal of authorities to visit the United States.

"The odd thing is that I've already been to America, I have a working visa for two years, I used to fight in the US and everything was fine ... Now it seems that I will not get a visa, and I do not know why. It is politics that affects ordinary people, like me"- the fighter confessed in an interview with MMA Fighting.
