Makhachkala, June 15, 2015. Last weekend Moscow hosted the tournament Fight Nights “Battle of 19”, where the strongest fighters of Russia competed for the title. Makhachkala club "Academy MMA” have become the triumphalist in the club championship of Russia "Fight Nights» having defeated its counterparts from Moscow club "Fortress".  

In the tournament, the 25-year-old heavyweight Vladimir Mineev defeated the 30-year-old Frenchman Xavier Fupa-Pokam. For Mineev, who debuted in MMA in 2014, it has become the fifth victory in a row. Besides, the 29-year-old Rasul Mirzaev defeated Pole Sebastian Romanovsky in his first fight in Russia since 2011. This was the 11th victory Mirzayev in 11 recent fights.
