Makhachkala, November 21, 2018. The trainee of Dagestan judo school Tagir Tagirov has become a winner of the All-Russian men's competition in memory of Valery Perminov. The memorial to the President of Tver Judo Federation has taken place on November 17 - 19 and gathered about 160 combatants from nine federal districts in the local sports and recreation complex.

During the competitions, Khamzat Hajiyev’s disciple Tagir Tagirov won in four duels in the weight category up to 66 kg. In the finals, Tagirov defeated another native of Dagestan, Shapi Surakatov who acted for St. Petersburg.
