Makhachkala, April 19, 2016. Dagestani athlete Habib Nurmagomedov gained his seventh victory in the UFC. This sport achievement has become his first victory for the last two years. Earlier, the "Eagle" from Dagestan had got an injury and could not fight in the ring for the long period.
As informed, the tournament took place in Tampa (FL) on April 17. Nurmagomedov met with the 28-year-old American Darrell Horcher.
The first round turned out to be difficult for Dagestani - Horcher attacked aggressively. However, Nurmagomedov managed to do a takedown and confidently turn the round into his favor. In the second round, Habib started more actively. Finally, Habib knocked down Horcher. The referee had to stop the battle when it became obvious that the American fighter lost the duel.
Noteworthy, within the same tournament another Dagestani - Omari Akhmedov performed but lost to Brazilian Elizao Zaleski by technical knockdown in the third round.
