Khanty-Mansiysk, September 16 /RIA "Dagestan"/ 2 Daghestani athletes won bronze medals of the Russia judo championships held 10-15 September in Khanty-Mansiysk, says the Russian Judo Federation’s official website. The tournament brought together 250 athletes from all over Russia. The Daghestan team included 20 athletes, and 2 of them placed on the podium – Iman Sultanov was the third in the 66 kg weight, and Arsen Omarov won the bronze of the 100 kg weight. Daghestani Pari Surakatova representing St. Petersburg became the Russian champion in the 63 kg weight defeating Siberian Irina Gromova. The next Russian judo championships are scheduled to run in Krasnoyarsk in 2015.
