Makhachkala, June 1, 2014. As members of the Russian team, Daghestan’s Ramazan Razakov and Bashir Tazhdinov will take part in the full-contact kickboxing world cup in, their coach and Daghestan team’s senior coach Ahmed Ahmedov informed RIA "Daghestan". The competition will be held in Italy’s Lignano Sabbiadoro, 5-8 June.

Ahmed Ahmedov said that now athletes are on the track to complete their camp training before the international event. The training camp is based in the children’s and youth sports school in Kizlyar region. "Razakov will fight in the 63.5 kg weight, his teammate Tazhdinov - in the 75 kg weight," Akhmedov said.

The trainees from the "Matador" sports club in Kizlyar won their participation in the world cup through winning the Russian championship held in Ulyanovsk 6-12 April. Following the results of the tournament, they have also qualified for the World Martial Arts Games to be held in Las Vegas in 2015.
