Makhachkala, November 11, 2015. Dagestani wrestlers have obtained medals of different types of values at the European Judo Championship among deaf athletes, the press service of Dagestan ministry of physical culture and sport reports.
The competition, attended by more than 200 athletes, took place in Yerevan on November 2 to 6. Kurban Murtazaliyev (up to 90 kg) and Sharip Shamhaldibirov (up to 100 kg) brought silver medals for the Russian team and Sapiyula Saidov (100 kg) became a bronze medalist.
It should be noted that the sportsmen are graduates of Makhachkala judo school and train in the specialized children's and youth sports school of the Olympic Reserve.
