Makhachkala, June 24, 2018. The capital of Dagestan, Makhachkala will host the seventeenth Sambo tournament for prizes of the Honored Master of Sports of the USSR Guseyin Khaibulaev. The athletes from Saratov, Sverdlovsk, Perm, Krasnodar, Stavropol, Chechnya, Kabardino-Balkaria, Adygea, Karachay-Cherkessia will arrive in the republic to challenge the competitions from June 29 to July 1. Dagestan sambo wrestlers will take part in the tournament too. Note, the tournament participants will act in five weight categories: 62, 68, 74, 82 and 100 kg.
