Makhachkala, February 3, 2017. Judoka from Dagestan Magomed Magomedov will act as part of the Russian combined team at the tournament "Grand Slam". The competitions will be held in Paris on February 11-12. The athlete will compete in the weight category up to 90 kilograms.

19 athletes in total - 14 men and five women have applied for the permit to enter the Russian team. As expected, the competition "Grand Slam", which this year will be held in 43 th time, will be attended by approx. 500 athletes from around the world. The Athletes will compete on the mat of Paris sports and concert complex AccorHotels Arena.

Similar tournaments of the season of 2017 will be held in Baku (March), Yekaterinburg (May), Abu Dhabi (October) and Tokyo (December).
