Makhachkala, March 31, 2018. The state program "Implementation of additional measures in the field of employment of population aimed at developing the labor market and improving human resources in the Republic of Dagestan in 2018” covers more than 1 thousand 200 local residents.

As to the press service of the regional ministry of labor and social development, the program aims at ensuring employment of population in the construction sector and the resort and tourist complex.

The program envisages holding advanced vocational training and additional vocational education to provide better employment conditions for the population in the construction sector (400 people), in the resort and tourist complex (292 people) and in the social oriented and economic projects (200 people).

The number of citizens enrolled in the program will include 177 graduates of higher and secondary vocational education institutions who will undergo training in organizations that are in need of personnel. Besides, it is planned to stimulate entrepreneurial activity with a view to create new jobs.

As told by the ministry officer, the program will be attended by 70 employers. "To date, the prospective participants in the program have been identified. They are the employers, who can propose work on probation and find jobs after completing advanced training in construction - 14 organizations, in tourism - 26, and 10 social enterprises for social and economic projects” – the source noted.

The total costs for the implementation of program's activities will amount to approx. 113 million rubles, of which a little less than 107 million rubles will be provided by the federal budget.
