Teachers of DSTU win "The best scientific article - 2015" contest

Makhachkala, June 4, 2015. The teachers of Dagestan State Technical University became winners of "The best scientific article - 2015" contest, the press service of the university reports. The annual All-Russian contest "The best scientific article - 2015" is organized by the Interregional Center of innovative technologies in education and the office of the scientific and methodological magazine "Concept." The individual researchers, teachers and groups of authors are welcomed to challenge the contest.

The contest was announced in October 2014. During this time, 941 scientific work have been submitted to the competition. The competent experts for each nomination examined the submitted works on May 8 – 31. The winners of the contest were announced on June 1.

The head of the Philosophy Department of DSTU Yusup Abdulkadyrov and the senior teacher of the higher school Bagautdin Omarov found themselves among the winners in the nomination "The philosophical, sociological, legal science and political science". They presented scientific papers on the topic "The principle of symmetry breaking as an important element of new post non classical methodology" and "Federalism: the preservation of the state integrity."

Abdulkadyrov’s article discloses the role of violation of the principle of modern physics and cosmology, identifying its dominant value as a methodology of quantum theoretical synthesis of knowledge, the understanding of global processes of self- organization reflected by spontaneous breaking of vacuum symmetry.
Omarov’s section is devoted to the issue of federalism as a political system and a top priority in preserving state integrity. The article gives a brief analysis of the political system of Russia, since the collapse of the Soviet Union and to the present day, a brief discussion of formation of the Russian Federation on the territorial and national basis.

The editors of scientific and methodological magazine "Concept" expressed gratitude for the high level of works and made a recommendation to place the competitive articles in the international journals “Modern European Researches”, in the international depository of scientific publications Lund University - DOAJ (Lund, Sweden) and in the international system ISI - Social Science Open Access Repository (SSOAR) (Cologne, Germany).
