Students from regions of NCFD gather at forum in DSU

Makhachkala, April 27, 2016. The inter-regional scientific and educational forum of university students from the regions of the North Caucasian Federal District "From idea to project" has kicked off today in the conference hall of the Administrative Office of Dagestan State University (DSU).

The Council of young scientists and students’ scientific society of DSU supported by the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia and the Youth Affairs Ministry of the Republic organized the Forum.

The rector of Dagestan State University Murtazali Rabadanov, opening the event, said that the event involved the students of the leading higher educational institutions of the North Caucasian Federal District, including the North Caucasian Federal University, Metallurgical Institute, Chechen State University, North Ossetian State University, Kabardino-Balkarian state University, Kabardino-Balkarian State Agrarian University and Ingush state University.

The deputy Minister of Youth Affairs of Dagestan Magomed Malikov addressed the words of welcome to the participants of the Forum. The format of the event, he said, provides an excellent opportunity to discuss topical issues, to share information and analytical expertise, the ability to better understand and to identify the prospects for closer communication for the Caucasian youth.

The Forum, which will run until April 24 envisages holding a scientific school of young scientists, the interregional remote programming competitions, the inter-regional Olympiad in the direction of "Social Work" and a contest of presentations of innovative projects of students.
