Public services provision forum to be held in Dagestan

Makhachkala, May 10, 2017. The All-Russian forum "Provision of public services - a litmus test of relationships between the authorities and the citizens" will be held May 11 - 12 in the House of Friendship in Makhachkala. The forum participants will consider some issues related to the interaction of state bodies with the Multifunctional Centers, the best practices of rendering public services to citizens on the principle of a "single window", as well as the forms and methods for improving the quality of services provision.

Besides, it is planned to discuss the issues of providing services to the representatives of small and medium-sized businesses in the MFCs. The Forum are expected to hold plenary sitting and discussion sessions at which the MFC specialists may exchange experiences.
