Makhachkala, April 26, 2018. The official presentation of the Soft Skills program has taken place April 24 in Dagestan branch of the Charity Foundation "PERI". Noteworthy, the "Soft Skills" is a complex of professional attainments needed for successful participation in the work process and high productivity.

The lecturer of Dagestan State University Khadizhat Magomedova opened and conducted the presentation of the program. As to Magomedova, the "Soft skills" is a body of knowledge and experience, the manifestation of which is difficult to track, check and clearly demonstrate. The "Soft skills” training program includes activities aimed to expand the motivation, leadership, management, teamwork, presentations, sales, personal development competences" -  Magomedova said.

Elizabeth Pister – the Associate Professor of Siberian State Aerospace University, the career development consultant and business coach contacted with the participants of the seminar through video broadcast. The event ended with a game training.
