One "sotka" of land rises in price by almost 3% in Dagestan

According to data from Cian.Analytics, land prices experienced upward trends across several North Caucasian republics in September 2025.
In Dagestan, the cost of one “sotka” of land (100 sq meters) rose by 2.8%, reaching RUB 1.05 million. This trend aligns with broader increases in land values observed throughout the region. Specifically, in North Ossetia, the cost per hundred square meters reached RUB 583 thousand rubles, representing a 14.5% increase compared to September of the previous year and a 7.2% rise from the beginning of the current year.
Kabardino-Balkaria also witnessed a 4.3% annual increase in land prices, with costs settling at RUB 628 thousand rubles per hundred square meters. Similarly, the Stavropol Territory observed a 2.1% year-on-year growth, pushing the average price to 683 thousand rubles.
Nationally, Russia saw a modest 1.7% annual increase in land prices, averaging 400 thousand rubles per hundred square meters in September 2025.
