Makhachkala, May 10, 2017. The number of road accidents in the Republic of Dagestan has decreased by 18 percent since the beginning of 2017, the press service of the regional road agency reports. According to the agency statistics, compared to the initial period of the previous year, a significant decrease in the number of accidents has been registered - from 133 to 109. Besides, the casualties in the car accidents decreased by 17% (180 people), the deaths - by 42% (21 people).
