North-Caucasus Civil Forum kicks off in Karachay-Cherkessia

Makhachkala, July 9, 2015. Today, the North Caucasus Civil Forum “Arkhyz-XXI” has started in Karachay-Cherkessia. It is reported that about 200 delegates from all regions of the North Caucasus Federal District arrived in the region to participate in the event. The Forum entitled "The third factor. Adequate responses to changes" will last three days.

The Forum participants will consider the major threats to the socio-political and socio-economic stability in the Northern Caucasus and the ways to overcome them, including by means of information interaction, tourism and youth entrepreneurship.

The plenary sessions, panel discussions, round tables and a series of master classes will be held within the Forum. One of the round table discussions is named “Participation of the third sector in promoting tourism attractiveness of the North Caucasus Federal District and the brand promotion “Hospitable Caucasus".
