Makhachkala, July 11, 2018. In Dagestan, more than 400 medical institutions will be connected to the Internet within the framework of the target program "Connecting hospitals and clinics to high-speed Internet in 2017-2018".
The Internet promotes skills development among the medical personnel. Thanks to the Internet, they will spend much less time on daily paper work. The availability of the Internet will pave the way for communication among the doctors in remote areas and the colleagues fr om other cities.

First, it is necessary to check the availability of the Internet in 286 settlements in order to compile a list of institutions wh ere there is a need to establish network connection.

Some medical institutions in the cities of Izberbash and Derbent currently practice online consultation. The use of the online consultation will be expanded in the other settlements too.

Remind, at the regular session of the government of Dagestan under the leadership of the acting head of the Republic Vladimir Vasilyev, the Minister of public health Jamaludin Gadjibekov reported on the work done in this field.
