Jubilee exhibition of jeweler Alipat Bagaeva takes place in Makhachkala

Makhachkala, April 29, 2014. Jeweler Alipat Bagaeva’s personal exhibition she named "Silver Symphony" to honour her 60th birthday is taking place in the Centre of Daghestan Folk Arts and Crafts. The exhibition is supported by the Daghestan Ministry of Industry, Transport and Energy.

Alipat Bagaeva is well-known in Daghestan art circles. She is a member of the Russian Artists’ Union, a jeweler artist, a participant of not only art exhibitions but also nationally and regionally important exhibitions.

For her active participation in the country’s artistic life, she has been awarded a diploma of the Russia Minister of Culture and numerous diplomas and certificates for participation in prestigious exhibitions in Moscow, Krasnodar, Sochi and Kaliningrad.

Daghestan minister of industry, transport and energy Shirukhan Gadjimuradov, his deputy Gussein Akhmedov, officials from the Ministry of Culture, the chairman of Daghestan Artists’ Union Kurbanali Magomedov, her many friends, colleagues, and lovers of her talent came here to congratulate Alipat Bagaeva.

In his congratulating speech, Minister Shirukhan Gadjimuradov noted that the exhibition indicates Alipat Bagaeva’s unique art combining ancient traditions of Daghestan jewelry and innovative ideas.
