Makhachkala, November 17, 2014. November 17-21, Daghestan Commissioner for Human Rights is holding a hotline on protecting rights of orphans and children left without parental care, a source in the ombudsman's office told RIA "Dagestan". The thematic hotline is timed to the Russian day of children’s legal support.

The ombudsman’s staff will give details and advice on all issues including additional guarantees of supporting orphans and children left without parental care, registering custody and guardianship for children left without parental care, their medicine provision and medical care, etc.
