Makhachkala, October 12, 2017. The project for the construction of hotel complex and attraction is implemented by a private investor. The day before, on October 11, the Mayor of Derbent Malik Bagliev got familiarized with the draft projects for the construction of facilities and the embellishment of the adjacent territory.

By preliminary information, the construction of the hotel and attraction has been approved. The Ferris wheel will be designed in accordance with the modern technologies and equipped with comfort seats with protective arches.

Following the results of the meeting, the city administration promised to assist in obtaining permissive documentation for the construction of the attraction, the Mayor’s Office representative said.
The draft project of the Ferris wheel has been designed taking into account the natural and climatic features of the location. The engineers took into account the soil features and the seismic activity in the region, the wind map and other conditions. Based on the results of the initial coordination, the project proposals will be prepared, the press service of Derbent mayor's office reported.
