Makhachkala, May 2, 2017. The mini version of the famous Parisian Eiffel Tower has been constructed in Dagestan town of Kaspiysk. Over time, it can become the most visited landmark of the city. The tower with a seven-story building height, has been erected by the builders of the company "Arsi Group" on the Brick Highway, 1 in the south-western part of Kaspiysk.

The construction of the 12-ton tower took several months. The designers had to put together more than 4,000 parts. As to Rasul Abdullayev, the head of the construction company Arsi Group, the tower was to be built in the southern part of the city, so that this area received a new opportunity for the development and the residents could spend their leisure. "We set the Eiffel Tower with the hope that we will manage to attract a larger number of tourists to our region" Abdullayev added.

The Youth Affairs Minister of the republic, Arsen Gadjiev, who attended the solemn opening ceremony called the new object a wonderful gift to the city and the republic. "It is very important not only to establish order and beauty in the center of our cities and regions, but also in different parts of the republic, so that the citizens had an opportunity to walk, rest and take pictures" the minister said.
