Makhachkala, February 26, 2018. A master class on "Neuromarketing. Learning to sell through emotions" was held the day before in Dagestan State University of National Economy in Makhachkala, the press service of the educational institution reports.

The schoolchildren of Makhachkala secondary schools and the students of the Business College became attended the seminar. Within the framework of the master class, the practicing marketer Arsen Akavov, introduced the attendees with the basic methods of neuromarketing. Akavov pointed out that the latest brain research proved the fact that human behavior is guided not by reason, but by emotion.

"In the course of research, and taking into account the data of classical marketing, a new topical direction was generated, called neuromarketing. The knowledge of biochemistry of the emotional reactions of customers makes it possible to effectively influence all five senses of a person, applying positive stimuli in the form of color, smells, music, taste and the layout of the goods" - Akavov explained.

Then, the senior lecturer of the department "Marketing and Commerce" Kalimat Rabadanova conducted a business game in marketing and sales "How to get into the audience".

The event culminated in the practical skills consummation and the certificates and diplomas awarding ceremony in nominations: "The most active salesman", "The most creative participant", "The leader of the team." It should be noted that the event took place within the framework of the educational project "University Saturdays".
