Makhachkala, December 6, 2020. Dagestan State University has been included into the first league of ratings of educational organizations' websites. As to the press service of the university, in total 283 Russian universities were included into the rating. The website of DSU occupies the 11th line of the rating, bypassing all universities in the North Caucasian Federal District.

The site analysis was carried out by a specialized robot VIKON. The websites of educational organizations were checked for compliance with technical requirements. The verification mechanism includes two algorithms: The search algorithm for tags with attributes that contain information based on the hierarchy of nested tags with attributes.

In the process of examination, the Jspider index is calculated - as the ratio of tags with the unique values of itemprop attributes with the information filled on the pages of special sections "Information about the educational organization" to the total number of unique tag attributes that should be posted on the pages of subsections.

The VIKON algorithm envisages search for the presence of information and / or the presence of links by attributes of tags, considering the hierarchy of nested tags with attributes, as well as considering the mandatory availability of information on all repeating tags for list materials. As a result of the check, the Jvikon index was calculated - as the ratio of all correctly filled tags with information to the entire set of tags with attributes that should be posted on the pages of subsections.
