Dagestan State Pedagogical University named after R.Gamzatov is actively engaged in the advancement of its international cooperation with educational institutions in the countries of Central Asia. The University rector Nariman Asvarov undertook a working trip to Urgench, Khorezm region of the Republic of Uzbekistan, with an objective to conclude a cooperation agreement between the universities.

Furthermore, the visit aimed to establish centers for coordination and development of cooperation in the field of teacher education on the territory of the universities, with the objective of implementing joint projects.

During the visit, Nariman Asvarov and Feruz Madrahimov, Rector of Urgench State Pedagogical Institute, identified potential areas of collaboration in the development of international, research, and educational activities, as well as support for academic mobility of students and scientific and pedagogical staff.

During the visit, Nariman Asvarov met with Zhasurbek Salayev, director of Khorezm Pedagogical College in Khiva city, to discuss matters pertaining to the organization of studies for graduates of the College at Gamzatov University. They also discussed the implementation of a working program of cooperation for the near future.
