Makhachkala, November 7, 2017. On November 8 in Makhachkala, the new historical park "Russia is my history" will host an exhibition dedicated to the history and culture of the Cossacks.
The exposition "Cossacks’ life in the old days" will introduce the guests to the peculiarities of the Cossack way of life. Kizlyar Tersk ensemble of the Cossack song will give a performance within the framework of the exhibition.

Participants of the event will be offered to taste traditional Cossack cuisine. The features of family and community life of the Lower Cossacks will be discussed during a special round table.

The students and professors of the History Department of Dagestan State University, a delegation of Kizlyar Special Frontier District Cossack Society of the Terek Cossack Army, the scientists of the Institute of History of Dagestan Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences are invited to attend the event.
