Makhachkala, March 19, 2014. Vladimir Putin signed a decree on awarding RF President's grants and supporting creative projects of national significance in the field of culture and art, the official website of the Russian President reports.
According to the document, there are three grant winners among the residents of Daghestan. Thus, the artistic director of the National House of Folk Arts Irina Akhmedov will receive a grant for the project of revival of ancient dances and songs of indigenous people of Daghestan.
Patimat Gazieva, the complementary education teacher from Izberbash City Palace of Culture named after K. Alesgerov will obtain grants for the creation and implementation of program of exchange of children's creative teams across the Northern Caucasus "Theatre is the territory of friendship".
Surkhay Gasanov, the director of cultural and leisure center of Kudiyabroso village administration became the owner of the grant for the project to rebuild the national ceremony "Family rituals and traditions".
