Makhachkala, March 24, 2014. Daghestani delegation headed by the deputy Daghestan Prime Minister Arsen Gassanov is participating in the Russian Forum of Housing Services in Nizhny Novgorod, 20-21 March. The delegation is: Arsen Gassanov, the minister of construction, architecture and housing services Mussa Mussayev, the chief Housing Inspector Ali Djabrayilov, and the head of Daghestan non-profit foundation of common property overhaul in apartment houses Magomed Aliev.

The forum and the exhibition "Housing Services-2014: technology , investment, new quality" have been organized by the Russian Ministry of Construction, the state corporation "Fund for Boosting Reformation of Housing Services", the Nizhny Novgorod region’s government, the "Housing Development" NGO , and the "National Housing Congress" NGO.

The forum brought together federal authorities, Russian governors and municipality heads, housing enterprises, research and design organizations, manufacturers of materials and technological equipment including energy-saving and energy-efficient equipment used in the housing and utilities sector.

As said by Mussa Mussayev, the forum has gathered more than 700 participants. "Housing services is a promising industry. It can become a growth driver in all Russian regions. The forum has become a platform for sharing experience between participants from all over the country. We plan to discuss issues of apartment houses overhaul, demolition of dilapidated houses, organizing disposal and recycling of the household waste, and attracting investment in housing and communal services," –Daghestan minister concluded.
