Makhachkala, November 15, 2017. The resident of Dagestan Mariyat Yarahmedova has been appointed as the Eurasia’s Goodwill Tourism Ambassador, the press service of Makhachkala city administration reported on Wednesday.

Mariat Yarakhmedova represented Russia at the international ceremony to establish the Global Forum" Global tourism "held in Turkish city of Antalya. Acting with repot at the Forum, Yarakhmedova told about the tourist potential of Dagestan and, in particular, Derbent. "We often speak about the incredible tourist potential of Dagestan, but I think it's time to carry out more intensive work so that all these beauties started paying dividends to us. I am grateful for such a high trust to me, and I will try to make every effort to make our region more attractive for the tourists " Yarahmedova is quoted saying.
