Makhachkala, October 1, 2015. On October 8-9, within the framework of the cooperation agreement concluded with the Russian capital, Dagestan will hold the Days of Moscow, the ministry for national policy of the Republic of Dagestan informs.

"On October 8, the Russian State Drama Theater n.a M.Gorky will host the official opening ceremony of the photo exhibition "Festive Moscow" and the creative meeting with the People's Artist of Russia Lyudmila Ryumina. On the same day Makhachkala will host a gala concert with the participation of artists from Moscow and creative groups of the country. On October 9, a series of thematic round tables will be held in Derbent” – the ministry officer said.

As part of the celebratory events, a delegation led by head of the Department of Culture of Moscow Aleksandr Kibovsky will arrive in the republic. The guests are expected to visit a number of historical places and sights of Makhachkala and will meet with the republic's leadership.
The main purpose of the event is to develop strategic partnership and to deepen the inter-regional integration links.
