Makhachkala, December 29, 2014.  Dagestan ministry of national policy established a resource and station room center for NGOs to be presented on December 29 at Dagestan State Institute of National Economy, a source in the ministry told RIA Dagestan.

The center is part of the Dagestan head’s №06-04 order of May 13, 2014, that Ramazan Abdulatipov had declared at a meeting with representatives of public organizations held within the republican state program "Establishing and developing civil society in Dagestan in 2014-2017."

This center is a blueprint for public associations and government to collaborate in implementing social projects, consolidating efforts that a number of public institutions take, and increasing the level of organization and management in non-profit organizations.

The center’s main goal is help develop civil society institutions, set up an effective mechanism for executive authorities and NGOs to work together, provide non-profit organizations with technical and regulatory methodological materials to assist them in their operation in the republic, develop public association and involve public in the republic’s social life.

The staff of the center will give information, methodical, consulting and technical support to NGOs, provide information services (newsletter subscription, information bulletins, starting websites), and render some training services (seminars, workshops, master classes, correspondence courses).
The resource centre will be operating on the premises of Dagestan ministry of national policy.
