Makhachkala, February 15, 2017. Basil Aliyev – the head of the department "Taxing, money circulation and crediting" of Dagestan State University has been included into the list of 100 most productive Russian scientists taking the 47th place.

The rating of the scientists has been executed by the Russian Science Citation Index (RISC). The rankings assessed the work of more than 40 thousand Russian economists. Last year, he Dagestani scholar has published 24 articles in journals included in the list of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education of Russia. Besides, three of his articles were published in journals indexed in foreign scientometric systems Scopus and European Reference Index for the Humanities.
