The titled director from Dagestan Kamil Aliyev intends to shoot a psychological thriller "Passengers" about the terrorist hostage-taking in Makhachkala. As to the organizers of the event, the feature film will be created to educate people on the problem of substitution of concepts on the topic of terrorism.

According to the plot of the film, terrorists seize a bus with sick passengers and take them to an equipped bunker. In the course of the special operation, the situation escalates and something goes wrong with the terrorists. One of the militants has to make a choice that will change the situation and turn everything in the opposite direction. The police officers will ensure the safety of the filming process.

The picture will tell about the reasons that induce people to go over to the side of terrorists, about the inner choice of each and the absence of common ground between any religion and terror, as well as about the moral code that was originally laid down in every person. The film will feature Dagestan bloggers-millionaires. Filming is scheduled to start on January 17 this year.
