Makhachkala, July 22, 2016. The official opening ceremony of the All-Russian Forum "Chindirchero - 2016" has taken place today in Akushinsky district of Dagestan.
Being held for the third year in a row, this time the Forum acquired the status of the All-Russian event and is conducted within the framework of the "Youth of Dagestan" state target program, which is the constituent part of the republican project "Human Capital".
Acting at the opening ceremony, the Minister of Youth Affairs RD Arsen Gajiyev, expressed hope that "… the Forum participants will develop competencies and skills that will contribute to their further development."
The head of Akushinsky district administration Ahmed Magaramov assured that the forum would give an impetus for further positive changes among the youth. "I think that the Forum will bring benefits to the youth and today they will get familiarized with each other. The competent, confident experts, leaders have always been and will be in demand in all sectors of public life in our country" - Magaramov said.
