“The man requested medical assistance with throbbing abdominal pains and a complaint of swelling in this area. After necessary examinations, the patient was referred for emergency surgery. Given the age and severity of the disease, the doctors decided to perform the operation using a new method. Under local anesthesia, through two small punctures in the groin area, a special endoprosthesis was introduced into the modified area of the aorta.
