Another tour of blog series "7 Wonders of North Caucasus" takes place in Karachay-Cherkessia

Karachay-Cherkessia, August 5, 2014. Another tour of the blog series "7 Wonders of North Caucasus" took place in Karachay-Cherkessia, the Center of modern Caucasian politics "Caucasus" informed RIA "Dagestan". Popular Runet blogger Ilya Varlamov, the author of well-known Live Journal blog, joined the bloggers from the North Caucasus Federal District in the tour.

Here, the bloggers visited the new resort "Arkhyz" to see ancient Byzantine temples, a Christ’s rock face which is a pilgrimage destination for many believers, the Russian Academy of Sciences’ observatory, and other sights of the region.

Media association board member Razhap Mussayev noted that each tour make dozens of stories and hundreds of photos appear on the Internet. Director of the summer program "Arkhyz Park" and member of the Youth Expert Council of "KSK" JSC Malik Kimbarov said that the resort’s summer program is really popular among youth due to its cultural and healthy content and reasonable pricing.

Daghestan, Ingushetia and North Ossetia have hosted trips like this within the "7 Wonders of North Caucasus"; the following tours are scheduled to be welcomed in Chechnya and Kabardino-Balkaria.
