Makhachkala, November 8, 2019. The All-Russian public-state initiative “Hot Heart” starts in the republic, the press service of the Youth Affairs Ministry of the Republic of Dagestan reports. Noteworthy, this project is being implemented for the purpose of civic, moral, and patriotic education of youth. During the event, more than 800 people who demonstrated courage, fascination and an active life position were awarded. To become a participant in the event, one need to send information about young people under 23 who have ever saved lives, provided assistance to victims and protected citizens against criminal offences on the e-mail: patriotcentr@mail.ru.
