Alim Council to be held in Daghestan

Makhachkala, October 30, 2014. Daghestan Spiritual Board of Muslims met to discuss holding an Alim Council scheduled to run later in the week in the republic, says http://www.islamdag.ru.

Sheikh Akhmad Hajji Abdullayev chaired the meeting attended by imams from Daghestani cities and regions.
"The Alim Council will consider major religious issues. The Mufti of Daghestan has tasked the organizers to prepare pressing issues to be discussed by the alims," runs the post.
