Yuri Levitsky holds meeting on current issues of parliament’s work

Makhachkala, April 29, 2015. Today, 1st deputy chairman of Dagestan National Assembly Yuri Levitsky held a meeting on the current issues of the parliamenary work, information and analysis department of Dagestan National Assembly told RIA Dagestan.

The meeting assembled deputy chairman of Dagestan National Assembly Seifulakh Issakov, members of the Assembly Presidium and senior officials of the Assembly Administration.

At the beginning of the meeting, Levitsky summarized the 15th session of the Dagestan National Assembly and the solemn meeting devoted to the 20th anniversary of the parliament. Then, participants discussed issues to be considered at the 51st (May) session of the National Assembly.
In the second reading, the officials are expected to consider Dagestan draft law "On militias in Dagestan", "On interethnic relations in Dagestan", and "On livestock breeding in Dagestan".

They will also prepare for the first reading drafted laws "On procedures of municipal authorities’ control of land in the territory of Dagestan" and "On procedures of reconstructing and/or replanning non-residential premises in apartment buildings in the territory of Dagestan".

At the end of the meeting, Levitsky drew the assembly’s attention to implementation of the draft program to the legislative work and monitoring the assembly’s activities. The chairman also recommended speeding up preparation of the bills.
