Makhachkala, February 14, 2019.  On February 14, during the official visit to Sochi, the Head of the Republic of Dagestan Vladimir Vasilyev, took part in the round table discussion entitled “Development of the electric grid complex in the regions of the Russian Federation in the era of global technological change”.

The event, which took place as part of the Russian Investment Forum in Sochi, brought together a record number of regional governors. The discussion participants considered the impact of digitalization on the economy of different regions, the possibility of raising the standard of living of the population and improving the conditions for business development. Besides, the top managers discussed many topical issues associated with the energy sector of Russia, including those related to the problem of non-payments, infrastructure growth, modernization, tariffs, investment attractiveness etc.  The round table organized by the Rosseti PJSC has been moderated by Alexander Novak, the Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation.
