Turkish investors implement large-scale investment project in Dagestan

Makhachkala, October 15, 2015. On Wednesday, October 14, the Prime Minister of Dagestan Abdussamad Gamidov accompanied by a number of government officials visited the village of Gamiyah in Novolakski district of Dagestan where Turkish Company “Almar Caspian” implements investment project for the construction of metal structures production plant.

The parties including the Turkish company director Yavuz Alaybeogly, the Minister for Construction, Architecture and Housing RD Ibrahim Kazibekov, the ombudsman for the rights of entrepreneurs in RD Bashir Magomedov and the district administration head Magomedgadzhi Aydiev took part in a working meeting to discuss the priority tasks for the implementation of priority investment project "Organization of shipbuilding and ship repair and fabrication of metal structures" in Dagestan.

The total area allocated for the production makes 4200 square meters, the total area of the plant is 3.5 hectares. The first phase of the project envisages the manufacture of metal structures for the construction of houses, residential cars, industrial shops; the second one concerns the construction of the slaughterhouse and greenhouses.

The project also provides for the construction of a social facility - a kindergarten. It is planned to create about 1500 jobs with an average salary of 20-24 thousand rubles. The implementation of the investment project will be carried out exclusively at the expense of the investor.

Turkish businessmen guarantee the manufacture of durable houses in the shortest terms. The consumer buys a ready-made house that you just need to be constructed like a Lego. This technology minimizes the chance of buying extra material, ensures durability of the structure, reduces transport costs and simplifies the process of building construction.

The construction time is about one month. The company also guarantees the durability of the construction, taking into account the local climatic conditions; one of the most important technical characteristics of the buildings is their seismic resistance.

Following the meeting, the parties expressed satisfaction with the constructive dialogue. The Prime Minister, in particular, promised assistance on emerging issues to the investors from part of the Government RD.

In turn, investors will submit a plan for a phased implementation of the project over the next three years.
