Makhachkala, June 10, 2015. The subdivisions of Administration and Dagestani Head and the Government of the Republic of Dagestan undertake a gradual transition to electronic document turnover, the press service of the Telecommunications Ministry of RD told the RIA "Dagestan". The Administration managers has instructed all employees to start paperless activity until July 1, 2015.

The head of the e-Government development department of the Ministry of Communications RD Askandar Magomedov told in brief, about how the fully use of the Unified system of electronic document in the Republic of Dagestan (USED) could facilitate the daily work of each of administration officers. Magomedov explained that the quality of work of the system in each state body of the Republic of Dagestan, including the administration, depends on the effective functioning of USED in general.

Then the administration officials asked questions related to the operation of system and received detailed explanations. In particular, special attention was paid to the issues of control over the execution of orders via USED.

One of the Administration managers Mahach Omarov shared the info that in 2016 the federal and regional electronic document management systems would be integrated. In this regard, the administration officers should be able to fully exploit the potential of USED for this kind of inter departmental document turnover.
Summing up the meeting, the deputy Minister of Telecommunications of the Republic of Dagestan Tamerlan Buganov reported that five representatives of the Ministry would stay for a certain period in the administration for individual training and solving the arising problems. Besides, an on-line assistance will be available on the "hot line", organized by the Ministry of Communications to organize the rapid response to requests from state and municipal employees using the USED.
